AI Use Policy

Rackoon Labs builds AI tools to help people work with information. These principles describe responsible use across our tools. Each product’s own terms explain its features, supported uses and any additional requirements.

Keep a person in control

AI can produce incorrect, incomplete or misleading results, including answers that sound confident. Check important outputs against the original information before sharing them or acting on them. Use appropriate human review for decisions that affect people, money, legal rights, health or safety.

Do not treat general AI output as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. A tool should only be used for a regulated or high-impact purpose if that use is expressly supported by its product terms and the required safeguards are in place.

Use information you are allowed to use

Only submit files, prompts or other material that you have the right and authority to use. Respect privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property rights. Before submitting personal, sensitive or business-confidential information, review the product’s privacy notice and data settings and confirm that the use is appropriate.

Storage, AI service providers, retention and any use of inputs for model improvement are product-specific. This policy makes no promise about those practices; consult the notice for the tool you use.

Respect people and systems

Do not use our tools to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, privacy violations or malicious interference with computer systems. Do not bypass access restrictions or safeguards, or present AI-generated material as independently verified when it has not been checked.

Understand examples and previews

Product artwork, sample answers and demonstrations on the Rackoon Labs company website are illustrative. The website does not accept your files or run a live AI session. Actual behaviour, limits and availability are described by the relevant product.
